What is the registration price?
This trip is reserved exclusively for Ambassadors who qualify to attend based on the number of points earned.
Will there be a block of hotel rooms?
As this is an Incentive Trip, the company will reserve your rooms. No rooms are available outside of the block reserved for winners of this incentive. You can extend your stay, or come in early if you wish at your own cost. Costs will be provided to trip earners, if interested.
I qualified for the trip. How will I be notified?
Once you have accumulated the required points, you will be notified directly - after Commissions have been finalized for the previous month. For example. We pay June Commissions on July 10. If, by the end of June, you have accumulated enough points for the trip, we will notify you after July 10 when points have been confirmed.
After I RSVP for the trip, how do I receive my booking/confirmation number?
All of this will be provided to you by our trip manager and travel agency. We will go through all the details with you on the confirmation call.
I qualified for the airfare. How do I book my trip?
We will be booking your travel and providing you with options. Upgrades and other incidentals you may prefer can be added at your cost.
If I am unable to attend, will I receive a monetary reward or credit?

Can spouses or guests accompany us? Can I bring my family?
When you achieve the first level of 100 points, your room is included. If you do not earn a trip for two, you still may bring someone or your family with you, but they will not be included in our group activities or receive the in-room credit or vouchers we share with our incentive earners.
How many meals will be provided?
There will be a reception and a dinner. You will also have a credit on your account to be used toward meals, additional spa treatments, or off-site excursions booked through the hotel as you prefer.
Will there be menu options for food sensitivities or dietary restrictions?
Yes, and we will collect this information from you when you have earned the trip. Civana wellness resort specializes in a fresh and modern take on regionally inspired cuisine and has many options whether you’re gluten-free, grain-free, vegetarian, or vegan.
Will the hotel require a credit card to be on file for incidentals? Can I use my debit card?
On the day of your arrival, the Resort will place an authorization hold on your card for any incidental expenses. This helps cover any additional charges that may arise during your stay, such as room service, minibar usage, or damages to the room. It’s a standard practice to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and the establishment.
Debit cards may have an additional amount held then a credit card. It's good practice to check your account before you check into the hotel. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
How should we dress? What will the weather be like in Arizona in September?
September is a great time to visit Arizona. The weather is cool and dry, but still warm enough for you to enjoy the sunshine. September, the first month of the autumn in Carefree, is still a warm month, with an average temperature fluctuating between 74°F and 92°F with overnight lows in the 60°F's and 70°F's.
Even though it’s almost always sunny in Arizona, you’ll need to dress appropriately when you’re out and about during the day. You’ll want to wear layers so you can adjust according to the temperature outside. You don't want to forget sunscreen!
-
T-shirts, tank tops, or short-sleeved shirts are perfect for when it’s warm out. And they’re easy to layer under jackets or sweatshirts if it gets chilly!
-
Shorts or skirts are a good option if you’re going outdoors—you’ll be more comfortable than if you wore pants.
-
Slips and breathable dresses are good for days when it’s really hot outside—they’ll keep you cool while still looking great.
-
Swimwear is great for lounging at the pool, visiting the spa, and swimming. If you don’t want to wear shorts over your bathing suit, consider wearing a swimsuit cover up.
-
Sandals or slippers are perfect for hot days so your toes can breathe! If you’re a rock climber, hiker, or mountain biker, this is a wonderful time of year to hit the trails. Bring along a pair of sturdy, comfortable hiking boots or trail shoes that provide good ankle support. The terrain in Arizona can be rocky and uneven, so it is essential to protect your feet and ankles.
-
Lightweight sweaters or jackets - it's warm during the day, but it can get cold at night. Layers and lightweight clothing are best because it won’t be too hot or too cold when the sun goes down.
Will swag be available for purchase?
The hotel has a beautiful gift shop, a spa store, and many beautiful items. We will not be selling company swag, but you may be receiving some exclusive items designed just for this trip!
Will we receive a daily agenda for the 2-day event?
No, there is no firm set agenda. We will be providing you an overview and guidelines and options when you achieve the trip.
Will there be opportunity for open forum or Q and A?
You will be spending time with Jaime and Nathan Cross, Sue Bradley, and other members of the home team. It is a renew and nourish getaway and not a formal meeting or training event.
*Airfare and transportation must be coordinated by Herbarie Farm & Herbal Alchemy to participate in group transfers to and from the property. A voucher for airfare may be available if we cannot accommodate your special needs. However, those who choose to receive a voucher will be responsible for their transportation needs.
