How do I delay or cancel an order?

To delay or cancel an existing retail or subscribe with benefits order, the easiest way to begin that process is to click on our Bot (Niles) in the bottom corner of our Help Center page or Website and choose Delay / Cancel Order.  He will walk you through the process!
